Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Cederan handles information through this website, inquiries, and appointment booking. Contact us at consulting@cederan.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information collected
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, requested service, estimated budget, business goals, phone number, and ideal start date. You may also provide a website. Appointment booking collects scheduling details and any information you provide to Calendly. Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in the free-text fields.
Website and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, request time, and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, understand your project, arrange calls, manage prospective and ongoing client relationships, and protect the website against spam and misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment; you must complete the separate booking step.
Services that process information
The website uses Netlify for hosting, Supabase for the inquiry database and private CRM, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, and Calendly for scheduling. Scheduling may also use Google Calendar and Google Meet. Relevant information is shared with these services to provide those functions and is accessible to authorized Cederan team members.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Our CRM database is hosted in the United States. Read the providers’ notices for their own processing: Netlify, Supabase, Cloudflare, Calendly, and Google.
Browser storage and embedded services
The website remembers an animation preference if you choose one. Security and embedded booking services may use browser storage or similar technologies for their functionality. The Calendly booking interface is loaded when offered after an inquiry; using it also involves Calendly’s own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes an active client relationship and whether records are needed for follow-up, service delivery, security, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about the information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further follow-up. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you and may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability. You may also raise concerns with your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Updates
We may update this notice when our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
